Curiosity topic-6 how brownies are made
first, they start with canola oil. It's put into a big mixing bowl. They add xanthan gum a natural preservative that increases moisture retention during baking. Then the mix the two ingredients. Next, they add sugar, cocoa, canola, palm oil shortening. They reactivate the mixer and it blends the ingredients into a chocolate batter. The next ingredients the add is whole eggs and corn syrup. The mixing arm descends back into the bowl and whips ingredient into the batter. A worker wheels the bowl to a hopper which releases a precise amount of flour. The flour thickens the mix and gives the baked brownies structure. After about 25 minutes of mixing the batter is complete. that batter alone is enough batter here to make six thousand brownies. They transfer they batter to a machine called a depositor. The depositor puts the brownies pans ready for baking. the brownies rotate through 13 tiers to bake them evenly. They exit the oven and go into a cooling chamber. the pans move through it as fans cool the brownies. Next, a robot arm with needle-like claws lifts them out of the pans and transfers them to the next conveyor belt. At the end of the line, a worker places the brownies on a narrow conveyor. They are then wrapped and put into boxes with the same amount each box.
