Muscles

LO-be able to identify,locate and describe the function of muscles

Muscle is a soft tissue in the body of humans and other living things.
2.
It takes 17 muscles in the face for us to smile ,43 muscles to frown.
3.
Muscle makes up around half of the total human body weight
4.
The tongue has 8 muscles, so is technically not the strongest muscle in the body.
5.
The  heart cardiac muscle does the most work of any muscle over a lifetime.

bicep-                         at upper frout of arm.
2.tricep-                        at upper back of arm.
3.gluteus maximus-       at around you bottom.
4.abdominals-               at lower and upper stomach.
5.Quadriceps-               at upper leg .
6.Deltiod-                     at your shoulder.

bicep-The function of the biceps at the elbow is essential to the function of the forearm in lifting.
tricep-It can also fixate the elbow joint when the forearm and hand are used for fine movements
gluteus maximus- The gluteus maximus muscle is responsible for movement of the hip and thigh
abdominals-They assist in the breathing process as accessory muscles of respiration
Deltiod- helps the arm move up and down.
Quadriceps-  they help with walking and running as it swings the leg forward into the ensuing step
