Ice cream

Aim: i want to see if i can make ice cream with out a fridge 

equipment:

6 t of rock salt

2 zip lock bag

½ cup of half & half(milk and cream)

1 T granulated sugar

½ tsp Vanilla extract

1/5 litres ice.

Method:
1. Fill the large zip-lock bag about half-full with crushed ice. Add about 6 T of rock salt to the ice. Seal it and shake the ice and salt  for about five minutes. 

2. Mix the ½ cup of half & half(milk and cream),1 T granulated sugar,½ tsp Vanilla extract and 2 or 3 t of chocolate sauce in one of the zipper-lock bags.Put the zip-lock bag in to another zip-lock bag.

3.  Push as much air out of the bag before sealing it tightly

4. Wrap the large zip-lock bag in the towel or put on your gloves. Shake, rock ’n roll, and mix that container! Your ice cream should be ready after about 15-20 minutes.

5. When your ice cream is as firm as you want it, remove the bags from the large zip-lock bag  and rinse them off with cold water
